12 Sri Lankans injured in Swiss highway crash
Fifteen people, including twelve Sri Lankans, have sustained injuries when a coach carrying tourists from Sri Lanka crashed with a two trucks on a Swiss highway.
Swiss media said a tourist coach carrying 40 passengers collided with two trucks near a motorway not far from Zurich.
Zurich’s cantonal police in a statement said fifteen people were injured one of them seriously adding the cause of the accident remained unclear.
The driver of the coach suffered moderate injuries, while a female travelling in the front passenger seat was seriously injured.
Twelve of the tourists sustained minor injuries including the driver of one of the trucks.
