Notice from the Ministry of Justice on 20th Amendment
The Ministry of Justice states that when the 20th Amendment to the Constitution is tabled in Parliament, no amendments leading to a referendum will be made.
The Ministry of Justice says it will take action after the Supreme Court decision is announced in Parliament on the 21st.
The Ministry of Justice stated that the amendments proposed by the government have been submitted to the Supreme Court and if there is a change in the relevant amendments, it will be done with the consent of the Members of Parliament.
The Ministry of Justice also stated that the relevant amendments will be made in accordance with the decisions given by the Supreme Court.
